During Lock Down 3 we want to carry on providing the best possible service for clients in these testing circumstances. Therefore, we are very pleased to continue to offer our virtual consultation service.
The first stage will be an introductory call with one of our bespoke tailoring consultants to have a preliminary discussion on what you want and how we can help you. We can then arrange a video call upon which we can show you fabrics, designs and discuss your requirements in much more detail. We can also arrange to send you cloth samples to your home address.
We can then have as many follow up video consultations that you may require and that we are confident that we have the right information to make your perfect suit.
For existing clients, we can take measures previously used. For new clients, depending on the urgency of your suit we can either go through a virtual measuring process or schedule a provisional date that you can come in to be measured following government guidelines.

For us, most importantly, if you arrange a virtual appointment, we can purchase your fabrics & schedule your production. At least this way, everything will be ready at our workshop awaiting your measures. This is particularly important for those of you who have deadlines for events.
Following completion of the garments, if COVID 19 restrictions allow, we would then love to invite you to our Brighton or London store for a fitting with our tailoring team. If there are any alterations needed, we can do this as soon we are allowed.
Should the restrictions not allow, we can send the garments directly to your home. If you need the suit urgently, we can arrange a video ‘fitting’ call whereby, we can see you in your suit, and make recommendations for alterations needed. We would then arrange the best way of getting the suit to us in Brighton, where we our workshop can complete alterations for you.
